Now this is total "Balearic"!!!

They don't come much more Balearic then this one.
Legend has it that this was dropped last track of the night by Paul Oakenfold at Spectrum back in 1988.
Can you just imagine the atmosphere; a club full of totally loved up clubbers right in the midst of Acid House, then this gets dropped.
I can imagine that there wouldn't have been a dry eye in the house. Awesome.
If anybody attended that night and remembers this, then drop me a line.
These are the sort of tracks which when dropped at the correct moment, simply made your night.
Balearic Bliss at it's best.

Not many were loved up - trips & whiz was the order of the day in 88

Hi Cowspeutum,
Thanks for the comment, but I think you'll find that you are wrong. Clubs like Spectrum, Shoom, Hacienda were in the first clubs in the UK where Ecstasy was widely used by the clubbers on a regular basis. Yes, at that time it wasn't wide spread and was kept to the selective few "in the know" but was it most certainly about being loved up!!
