Baby seem like everywhere I go I see you!

Beyoncé's vocals are just so great on house remixes and there is nobody better in the business than the Freemasons to convert good pop tracks into superb dancefloor bangers.

This uses all the usual Freemasons charms and formula and creates yet another piece of superb dance friendly fodder.

Fast paced, layered with piano and using the fabulous Beyoncé vocals to great effect.

Baby seem like everywhere I go I see you!

I saw you Friday, Saturday!

Oh I do love a Freemason's remix.

They were just so always on point, transforming bang average tracks into absolute bangers.

This is another fine example of their remix genius.

I do wish they were still producing and remixing tracks as their presence in the dance music industry is sincerely missed.

Mr James Wiltshire will always be one of my all time favourite remixers - Genius at work!

I saw you Friday, Saturday!

I'll always be his be his lady!

Another fantastic Freemason's production (aren't they all!), this ones from 2006.

I've run out of superlatives to describe the work of James Wiltshire and his greatest moments are woven throughout the PCC blog.

Here they use their amazing production skills to turn a very average track into a dancefloor banger.

Their ability to use one or two simple hooks throughout the track and overlay great piano was a key trademark and is a key feature here.

I want it all!

Another of those monumental Freemason's remixes.

This was massive back in 2004 and 21 years on it's still sounds great.

B.E.D. is another James Wiltshire alias and I've run out of superlatives for his work most notably as Jimmy Gomez and one half of the Freemasons.

This track combines a lovely vocal from Chloe Myers with a widely sampled simple guitar hook which creates a lovely Balearic summer type feel.

It's the feeling that I love!

There was a period in the mid-2000s when the Freemasons totally ruled the roost for converting not so great commercial tracks into dancefloor delights.

Anyone who knows the PCC blog will be well aware of my huge admiration for James Wiltshire's aka Jimmy Gomez remix work.

This is a corking track with clever use of the Kariya sample, a catchy vocal hook and a spanking bit of piano.

Intoxicated, accelerated!

Right on!

DJ give me the answer!

Love Sophie, Love Freemasons - put them together, love them even more.

A truly corking club track from 2009.

A tad commercial, yes quite probably, but glorious all the same.

Sophie's vocals are just exquisite (as always).

I need to feel I'm getting stronger!

Just a lie!

I've been a bit disparaging to Moby on the PCC blog in the past and for that I can only apologise for over the years I've really come to appreciate his genius, proven by his amazing versatility, longevity and some quite epic tracks.

This is another cracker combined with a fantastic remix by the Freemasons from 2008.

Some of the Freemasons tracks and remixes from that era were on another level, also epic, closing bordering that line between commercial and underground, but always just keeping it (importantly) on the underground side.

This is one such track.

Pure class!

Great vocals by Shayna Steele also.

Enjoy!

Can we stay right here!

There are lots of artists and remixers who get posted over and over on the PCC blog and that isn't because there is a lack of quality out there, it's just that their tracks are just so amazingly good and deserve the recognition and promotion.

I've often waxed lyrical about the musical genius of James Wiltshire and here he creates another spellbinding track alongside his Freemason's buddy Russell Small.

This is a track of epic proportions with beautiful vocals by Levana Wolf.

It's the sort of track when one listen is never enough.

Enjoy!

In my mind I'll always be his lady!

Another high quality Freemasons remix (aren't they all? - Yeah, pretty mix).

This ones from 2005.

As their usual style it contains a really catchy loop which is repeated throughout tinged with some great vocals.

It's not quite as pumping as some of their remixes, but is very smooth and nicely done.

In my mind I'll always be his lady!

In my mind I'll always be his girl!

The fire in your touch I always find so hard to beat!

Probably slightly on the commercial side, but great dance music all the same.

The Freemasons (aka James Wiltshire and Russell Small) produced some fantastic pop-tinged dance remix classics. Several are already on the blog and several more to come.

Sophie has fantastic and very unique vocals and of course is a major star and deservedly so.

The track is energetic, vibrant and very catchy.

"The fire in your touch I always find so hard to beat!"

Enjoy!

A collaboration of the remix masters!

Great remix through a collaboration between 2 of my all time fave remixers Chris Day (the Chris from Chris & James) and James Wiltshire (aka Jimmy Gomez, Freemasons).

They were without doubt 2 of the stand out remix talents of the 90s.

This collaboration as the Handbag Enthusiasts takes and old Aztec Camera track and gives it some dancefloor edge.

Not quite up there with their very best remixes, but pretty damn good regardless.

Enjoy!

There's something inside you!

As per usual a fantastic remix by the Freemasons.

I think I've evangelised enough on the PCC blog about the talents of Mr James Wiltshire.

This track is superb with some lovely powerful vocals.

"There's something inside you!"

She going to take everything I own!

Superb remix from Freemasons and of course delightful vocals from the delightful Beyonce!

The Freemasons produced some brilliant tracks and remixes and this is right up there with the best of them.

Top notch.

Nothing but a heartache everyday!

Totally love this track.

James Wiltshire produced some amazing remixes.

Those under his Jimmy Gomez moniker are some of my all time favoutrites.

Those under The Freemasons were also superb, but with a much more commercial mainstream feel.

This is one of those such tracks.

Great vocals to boot also and not forgetting some great Sax!

Enjoy!

Never give up...it's such a wonderful life!

"Never give up... it's such a wonderful life".
First time I've posted in ages, but back with a bang.
A cracking track this one, with some Freemasons magic.
ThePCC  blog still rolls on and will continue to bring some corking tunes in the future!

Perry good indeed!!

Great remix by Freemasons!!
James Wiltshire is one of the finest remixers ever without question!!
The Freemasons stuff is never quite as good as his remixes under the Jimmy Gomez moniker, but this is still a very fierce remix.
Love the bit when the piano kicks in!
Top stuff!!

Can you reach the finish line!!!

Now I don't usually post current tracks on the blog, but couldn't resist this one.
Living proof that there is still quality dance music being made and that the legend of Jimmy G is still knocking out great remixes.
This is under his Feemasons monicker, it's not quite up there with Jimmy Gomez remixes, but it's a damn fine remix from Mr Wiltshire.
Probably the biggest club tune of 2011?
I haven't heard much bigger.
However, if you have, then let me know.
This is a piece of floating bliss, with some great great synth stabs and some lovely breathy vocal snippets and some lovely piano.
A top, top tune.
It's gets better every time you play it.
Highly addictive - you have been warned!!!
Yasmin (pictured) is pretty hot too!!

Pacific old, Pacific new??

808 State were truly one of the great dance music pioneers.
They produced tracks and sounds never really heard before and created some immense dance tracks.
Pacific (State) was arguably their best (some may say Cubik) and was a true anthem of the 1989 era.
It even crossed over reaching number 10 in the UK charts.
It will always remain as one of the great acid house tracks and everyone has a great memory of the first time they heard it and the effect it had. That sax riff will go down in dance music history.
This is the best version IMHO and better than Pacific 202.
Fast forward to 2006 and James Wiltshire (aka Jimmy Gomez) produces a re-working of absolutely immense proportions.
By the remix title I'd guess it also has Steve Anderson involved, which would probably explain why it is so bloody good.
The track is totally amazing it starts off a bit slow (so be patient give it time to build), it then kicks into a delicious piano riff, it continues to builds with some huge synth stabs, then continues to build further as the (Pacific) sax riff comes in. The track then continues to build even further until the piano kicks in again and it feels like the roof is about to come off.
Believe me this track is immense!! A really superb re-working!!
Pacific old or Pacific new?? Who cares they are both bloody fantastic!!
Enjoy!!

This time, this time Baby!!!

A real quality piece of house music just how I like 'em. Great vocals, great lyrics, some great piano and a truly great feel, proper house music!! This one dates back to 1991.
It was a big Hacienda favourite and rightly so, pure quality!!
In fact Pandella made a few really good tracks and this was in my opinion the pick of the bunch.
Enjoy!

Pandella - This Time Baby (Hot Komix Mix)

.
Also worth checking out this track which is a lot more recent (2008) and steals quite a bit from the Pandella track above. It just goes to show that there is very little original stuff which comes out these days. In my opinion the Pandella track wins hands down, although this is a pretty catchy tune.

Freemasons - Love On My Mind

.
Also posting the original disco track where both of the above originated from (thansk to Klub9 for your feedback on this);
.
Jackie Moore - This Time Baby

.
For completeness, also posting a pretty good trance version of the Tina Turner track, which the Freemasons track also samples.
