The fly!

Another Balearic classic from back in the day 1989.

Just a mad track, with loads going on, but just proper Balearic.

There's no pigeon-holing this type of track it just cuts across everything and is hence true to the essence of Balearic.

Top class!

Say after me - I am free!

I've posted a different version of this classic on the blog before, but there are also a couple of other amazing remixes of this track which are certainty PCC status.

This William Orbit remix is amazing, with so many different sections, to it.

It starts off slow and just so hauntingly beautiful and then really picks up the pace and goes off the wall crazy, then slows down a touch and then goes again.

What a remix. it totally engrosses you for the full 10 mins.

A big track for "The Man Like" (Sasha).

Really quality and very unique.

Enjoy!

(William Orbit Remix)

Now this version could almost be a different track.

It was the same amazing opening chilled vibe, but in this mix it stays chilled throughout the track and is just gloriously luxurious and atmospheric.

It feels like floating on air!

Fantastic track.

Enjoy!

Swimming into the sunset!

Fantastic track and a sublime remix with wonderful vocals commentary by Beth Orton.

This track has such a fantastic floating atmospheric vibe to it.

Just heavenly and then when the piano kicks in - oh my!!

Anyone Thirsty?

A personal fave of mine this one. Always loved the ambient side of dance with a touch of that sun drenched feel that is so definitive of Balearic beats. The sexy vocals, the uplifting piano and the down tempo - pure genius from the man called Mr. Orbit.
Actually released in 1992 although many say 1993. We tell you the facts not the hype. Sit back and enjoy while dreaming of the beach in Ibiza.

Another slamming tune hammered by the Maestro!!

Here's a true, true club classic.
Brings back some great memories of Cream and Oakey absolutely rockin' the floor.
Simply a massive tune with great feeling and pumping beats.
A proper trance anthem.
