Whole-some!

This was always a huge track back in 1992 and was played by pretty much all the top jocks at the time.

This one always reminds me of Back To Basics (before it moved to the Pleasure Rooms).

It still sounds exactly like it is a fantastic progressive house number.

Rock on!

I've also posted the LME remix, although this was no way as popular in the clubs, like all LME remixes it rocks some.

Is this how it's got to be?

A classic track from 1997.

I always thought Sybil should have been bigger than she was as she had great vocal prowess.

A couple of great mixes hear of a track which should have been much bigger.

The Mark Picchiotti mix is just oozes class, it's long at nearly 12 mins but pretty epic.

The LME remix is typical of their style, high octane with lots of great piano and their familiar uplifting stylee!

Both great tracks.

Enjoy!

Oh my lord, strap yourself in!

Fasten your seat belts for this one!

An absolute barnstormer from Junior.

I've often said on the PCC blog that Junior can be a bit hit and miss and some of his work ranges from out of this world to plain boring.

This I'm glad to report is one of his very best.

Talk about explosive. It has an intensity and urgency achieved by very few tracks and keeps you totally encapsulated and engrossed throughout (following a very gentle first 90 seconds).

It then takes off and it never stops all 12 minutes of it.

I would have loved to heard this in a club, but my clubbing days were over by this time (2000).

There are also some very credible although much gentler and laid back remixes by LME and Link Ray, of which the Link Ray is the better of the two and is really excellent.

However, they are nowhere near as impressive as Junior's.

Get on it!

I'm still alive, in the land of the living!

Some fantastic versions of this stomper from 1996.

The Dekkard mix just edges it for me, as it is a totally epic 12 mins journey.

That said the LME version is also pretty epic (as per usual from them) and really explodes with an avalanche of piano about 5 mins in.

The Junior version is also very good, but not as strong as the other two.

There are also notable remixes by Deep Dish and Rollo/Sister Bliss, but these don't touch those posted.

I wonder why all these great remixers chose to work on this track?

I can only presume, it's because of Kristine's amazing vocals, which are just superb.

Some great remixes of a great track.

Enjoy!

Enjoy the ride!

When LME are on the remix you can rely on a pretty corking track.

They maintain and enhance their reputation on this one.

A true banger from 1999 with an amazing energy as the track just builds and builds.

Top notch PCC!

Enjoy!

You're the one that makes by day, makes everything ok!!

Always loved this track.
Both these mixes are great and I can never choose between.
The vocals are really stand out in the Love To Infinity mix, but if anything I just think the LME mix edges it.
It's pretty epic.
Love the lyrics also;
"You're the one that makes by day, makes everything ok"
"What else can I say"
Quality!

There's no Hiding-Away from this one!!!

Now there were two tracks that came out pretty close to each other one got loads of hype and I thought was absolutely pants (De Lacy - Hideaway - which came out in 1994) and then this one which was so much better, but didn't get much acclaim (Strange world innit??).
All the club mags were raving about the De Lacy version, which I thought was totally crap. I remember being on the dancefloor at Cream and everyone going mad to it and I was looking round thinking this is crap and just walked off the dancefloor.
Believe this version i much better and with a great Lisa Marie Experience remix and some monumental piano.
"Hideaway, let's find a place where we can hide away"
Get on this one, not the "I need to he, he, he hideaway" version. Lol.

End of night Anthem at the Hac.

Anyone who frequented the Hacienda around 1994 must remember this track.
It was always played last track of the night by Parky and oh my god did the place erupt.
It used to take the absolute roof off. "Night after Night, Day After Day"
An absolute anthem.
Again huge respect to Harvs for sending me this.
I had the 12" many years ago, but had it nicked, so glad to be able to share this with my fellow dance music followers.
