Now for something a little faster....

Moving straight from classic house to pounding trance.
I've really neglected posting a lot of the great trance tracks from the 1995 to 2000 era - when Oakey was absolutely tearing up the dancefloors with his Goa Trance.
Hence, there'll be a lot more of this to come in future posts.
This is where clubbing was really at back in 1995 (for me nights at Cream in the courtyard - as pictured were absolutely superb).
Sasha had gone all boring and played (IMHO) self indulgent long, dull trance tracks with no energy and passion.
House music was taking a bit of a dip in that period, but Oakey was leading the way with this new generation of trance. It was exciting, atmospheric, energetic and it totally rocked the dancefloor.
This track totally epitomises the sound of that era.
Man With No Name (Martin Freeland) produced some absolutely top notch trance tracks, hence more to come from them in the future.
It is classic Goa Trance - thumping, pumping and totally encapsulating.
I hope you enjoy!!

I am a huge fan of MWNN and I agree that Oakie was really at the top of his game during this period.

This was the era that got me into the trance .

This is such an innovative track and really helped to establish Perfecto as a serious force to be reckoned with.
