However, this one falls clearly on the PCC category.
Great speeded up vocals really create some great energy for the track and J Lo is just uber talented and maybe the greatest pop star/actress of all time?

The combination of the genius of Kevin Sanderson and the amazing vocals of Paris Grey (a.k.a. Shanna Jackson) have stood the test of time from the very early days of house.
This is another of their classic tracks with an exquisite Def Mix courtesy of another house legends Mr Frankie Knuckles (R.I.P) and Mr David Morales.
Glorious house music and Paris' vocals are off the chart on this.
It is of course a remake of Stephanie Mills original, but even though this is now nearly 27 years old, it still sounds amazing.

James Sammon was a master at using lots of common samples and adding great piano to make the track bang.

His remixes are often just subtle tweaks here and there, but always just add a little oomph to already great tracks.
The Shoppies have proven their legendary status by their longevity and consistency across several decades.
I like the little raps in this version, which add a little something extra.
Of course we also need to pay homage to Mr Presley for the original version dating back to 1972.

This has great vocals and is very much in the Keinemusik vibe.
Another that oozes class, fizzles and bubbles and has that delightful Keinemusik aura.
Not quite as stunning as "Your voice" posted previously, but still pretty epic.

Excellent use of the Toto - Africa sample.
This track just has such a great aura about it.
You feel soothed, engrossed and encapsulated all at the same time.
It just oozes and bubbles and reaches a lovely peak.

This time from 2010.
I know he's not always everybody's cup of tea, but I've always loved BG.
He has an amazing voice and this really shines through here.
There are lots of remixes of this track, but this is the pick of them IMHO.

However, that's the ethos of the PCC blog, it just has to be good and worthy of rockin' dancefloors.
The vocals and lyrics in this are super catchy and of course Moto Blanco are experts at layering up the piano to give it that real dancefloor oomph.
I'm less sure about the will.i.am content, but it's still a cracking little track.

I'm not such a big fan of the break beat backdrop, but the vocals make this stand out.

This is no exception and is very much an hidden little gem which didn't get the dancefloor exposure that it deserves.

Possibly a little too on the hardcore side of dance for me, but that piano is still to die for.
Just love the "It's had a remix!" sample in Manc accent. It sounds a bit like Gary Neville (ha ha).

Don't know too much about the artist, but the track certainly bangs.
Some great thumping piano and some very likely build and drops.

This was always a big track from the early days back in 1988.
Produced by Clivillés & Cole, it was one that bumped and grooved, with some great vocals, lots of heavy breathing and lots of good samples.
I need your love, I want your love, got to have your love!
The groove is still infectious all these years on.

This is such a track which just about scrapes credibility courtesy of a great Love To Infinity remix.
The vocals are pure Edam, but the rest of the track is pretty decent and the piano is lush.
Very borderline for the PCC blog, but a little cheese is good for a healthy dance music diet.

However, they make some good other tracks and this is one of them.
It has a great feel about it and some great piano and that Last Rhythm feel.
This ones from 1995 and still feels good 30 years on.

As per the last track it is slightly on that Acid Jazz style, but this time a touch more housey.
I can imagine this being a great Café Del Mar track, just superbly chilled, a little Flamenco in style, but very joyous.
Something to warm the soul while the weather is bitterly cold outside.
