Sunshine in my eyes!

Totally love this remix, absolutely quality piece of studio twiddling by Greg Wilson.

The piano breakdown is to die for and very reminiscent of his fabulous remix of The Mock Turtles - Can You Dig It.

There's nothing better than a great piano breakdown and this certainly makes the track erupt.

The euphoria these sort of tracks created in clubs was like gold and caused much dancefloor delirium.

I only wanna good time, time to free my mind!

Because you're my....

Staying on the classy house vibe, here's another one which is brought to full life thanks to a classy remix by K-Klass who very rarely missed the target with their remix work.

This has great vocals, a great vibe and of course K-Klass's obligatory avalanche of piano.

Tracks like this were always so great to dance to in the clubs.

Quality house music!

Keep on movin'!

Ok, after a sequence of new tracks we are going back to the old skool and here's a belter from 1996.

Nush were always on it back in those days whether it was their own productions or the many remixes they did.

The usually banged in loads of piano and pretty much always created a real banger as a result.

This is a fine example, an average house track transform with some really choice piano which turns it into a true PCC.

Keep on movin'!

It won't take long!

Boris Dlugosch Presents Booom! - Keep Pushin'

(Nush Club Mix)

Flaw-less!

A fantastic piece of classy deep house music.

Very epic in it's feel and luxurious in it's production, creating a smooth and engrossing piece of mesmeric house music.

Great vocals, subtle piano and great key changes top it off.

Tasty indeed!

Wolfgang Valbrun - Flawed by Design

(Brian Kage Remix)

Go with the flo!

Liking this one, which is an almost nonchalant carefree bit of laid back vocal house.

It has a very distinct and cool vibe, but is catchy and grooves at the same time.

It's sort of like modern day Hip-House.

They know!

Jimpster & Oveous - Flo

Feel the new beat!

Another track which I've been playing a lot recently.

It's great to hear that there's so much good dance music being made if you search hard enough.

However, we remain reliant on the likes of the legends like Graeme Park to keep pulling out these gems that are deeply hidden in the huge swathes of dross.

This is very Balearic in feel, just floating along but also engaging, it slowly builds and then delivers some great piano, then continues to increase in tempo until it really starts to rock.

Very well produced and a fine piece of modern house music.

Helder Russo - New Beat

(Orlando Voorn Deep Mix)

No one else compares!

Loving this, which has a classic Electro House vibe, hence feels very 1987 as opposed to 2025.

It's also got some great vocals and some lovely touches of piano.

It's just like old skool house music like we used to know it.

Very tasty.

Reaching for your love!

Nomi Ruiz & Eli Escobar - Full Fantasy

(Extended DJ Mix)

Still got the love!

Now there's been so many different versions of this track, that it's got a little tedious, but here is a new version which just hits the spot.

Very Keinemusik-esque in it's vibe and Afro House style with super subtle piano chords and that lovely chilled dance vibe.

Another track which will be big this summer.

Enjoy!

Soweto Gospel Choir x Groove Terminator - You Got The Love

(Latroit Remix)

It's been so long since we've been together yeah!

A delicious piece of house music which will be massive this summer.

You have been warned.

A mix of lovely chilled grooves, soothing vocals and beautiful violin strings.

Very endearing indeed!

It's been so long since we've been together yeah.

Art Of Tones - Gold

To the Max-i

Loving this, brand new and very good.

Throbbing, vibing, building, slowly, big synths, building further and then a huge drop.

A fine bit of new dance music.

Far too short at under 3 mins, but what there is, is high quality.

Enjoy!

Maxi Meraki - What You Do To Me

Italian is back!

Here we go with a sequence of posts which slightly break the usual PCC tradition of old classics from the past. These will all be some of best new tracks currently rocking the dancefloors of the UK's most underground and select dance venues (and also the select Ibiza clubs).

All have been recently championed on Graeme Park's fantastic radio show and hence come with the endorsement of one of dance music's finest DJs.

Kicking off with a quality piano-tastic track from a genre now called New Italian Disco.

This one has a great old/new vibe and charm about it with some nice Italian vocals and some delightful piano. The Endless Night!

Very tasty!

I'm in control!

Quality house track with some great remix work by Dimitri.

The original dates back to 1979 and hence is nearly 50 years old.

Great lyrics, great vocals and some lovely instruments, especially the violins in this one, which you bring it to life.

Jazzin' it up!

Came across this which is very unique and very lovely.

I have my wonderful American friend Ed to thank for enlightening me to the world of Jazz and this is a really great modern rendition with a club vibe.

Beautiful piano chords which are so crisp and the obligatory saxophone,

The opening piano chords are very similar to Al Stewart's - Year of the Cat.

Hope you enjoy!

Bellaire - Some Jazz To Make Love On

A true masterpiece!

I've posted lots of different mash ups of this utilising the astounding Charvoni vocals, but not the actual track.

There are lots of remixes of this by some acclaimed remixers like Sunday Club, Phil Kelsey, Playboys, but nothing tops this original BiR production.

It is such an amazing and powerful track.

Charvoni's vocals are just fantastic and the rest is the stunning BiR production with Dave providing the club feel and Steve the production genius.

31 years on and this still sounds wonderful and much better than any of the tracks produced today.

It's amazing that 30 years of technology progress and the producers and creators of music today can't touch the genius of BiR.

Brothers In Rhythm Present Charvoni ‎- Forever And A Day

(Original Club Mix)

Don't you wanna go?

A great track from 1993 and one I always loved.

I've posted the E-Smoove remix of this on the blog many years ago, but thought it was worth posting this version also as it is a great track.

Kim English R.I.P. had a fantastic vocal and this track fully showcases this.

Chuck in some great piano and you have a house classic which still sounds great.

Enjoy!

Kim English - I Know A Place

(MDZ X-Tended Klub Mix)

I just need someone I can touch!

Always a match made in heaven Jamie's exquisite vocals and the sublime remixing skills of E-Smoove.

This creates a true house classic from 1992, a track which just makes you feel good.

Quality house music, you just can't beat it!

Jamie Principle - Hot Body

(E-Smoove's Groovy Mix)

Kiss me all over!

A great old skool track from 1991.

Possibly sounds a bit dated now, but still retains a nice little nostalgic feel.

Lots of piano as you'd expect from an Italo House track from that era.

Kiss me - that's it!

Emily Heyl - Kiss My Piano

(Extended Vocal Remix)

If you see him, tell him....

A piece of class from the legend that is Mr Park.

A superb remix of a classic track.

This was a real Hacienda banger back in 1992.

Great vocals by Eleanore with those classic lyrics, but it's Parky's remix which wins the day splattered with lots of piano and funky sax.

Classy!

Eleanore Mills - Mr. Right

(The Superb Parkside Mix)

Is it really that bad?

I like a lot of Yotto's work and this is just quality.

Good to hear modern day tracks stirring some of the emotions of music from the halcyon era.

A pretty solid track with some excellent vocals from Elderbrook and some great remix work by Yotto.

Elderbrook - Tied To You

(Yotto Remix)

A bit of a monster!

Totally forgot about this one.

An absolute corker from 1995.

Yet another piece of pure class from D.O.P. who were one of the great progressive house trailblazers.

This track was massive in clubs an absolute banger which still sounds great today.

Get on it!

D.O.P. featuring Lorna Marshall - Manifest Your Love

(Tooley St. Dub)

See me, feel me, hear me, love me, touch me!

I've already posted the original version of this, the one we knew from the early days.

This is a superb trance version from 1999 by Lange one of the great trance music producers and remixers.

This really is a great remix, as are all Lange productions.

I drift along and dream of a time long ago, and I see a world that people will never know

See me, feel me, hear me, love me, touch me!

Yes indeed!

Friends Of Matthew - Out There

(Lange Remix)

I bet you think this song is about you?

This has always been one of my favourite tracks as it is just so perfect on so many levels.

Fantastic vocals by the uber talented Carly, really great lyrics famously about Warren Beatty (and others), beautiful piano and guitar, then to top it all off Mick Jagger on backing vocals.

Ok, probably not the most clubby track, but for sure a Balearic classic.

Released in 1972 it's amazing to think this is now 53 years old.

Great remix by DJ Disco Cat as always.

Carly Simon ~ You're So Vain

(Extended Meow Mix)

On a more clubbier vibe, there is a very good reworking by Chimira courtesy of yet another fine remix by 7th Heaven from 2021.

This version retains a lot of the great aspects of the original, but adds that little bit of club fizz.

The piano breakdowns are especially good.

Get on it!
