It's time to live again right now!

Jeanie Tracy was always a cracking vocalist and Tin Tin Out always made superb and consistently good remixes, so it comes as no surprise that this track from 1995 is a bit of a banger.

The vocals are soaring, the piano kicks in and you're off.

Great builds and energetic sequences create a pretty spanking tune.

Finally realised that you're not worth it!

It's my time to stand up and shout!

Jeanie Tracy - It's My Time

(Tin Tin Out Mix)

We dance until the break of day!

Catchy little number which caught my ear recently.

It's been around for a few months but as mentioned has a nice feel to it.

Lots of piano and some decent vocals alongside a groovin' house beat and some slick production.

I'm sure it'll be one which goes down well in the clubs.

Let the melody carry us away!

Epic-ness in the house!

For those of you like me who used to adore Where Love Lies, but then started to dislike it as it became so overplayed that it became tedious and that was before the Jon Lewis advert.

Well fear not, if you felt that way grab a piece of this.

It is exquisite and gives Where Loves Life new life, a completely different feel and yet keeps all the superb bits, speeds them up a little at times from a beautiful slow build up but just creates a feel that I haven't felt for this track since it's hey day when it was first released back in 1990.

Quite simply one of the finest reworkings in house history - yes that epic.

Pure class from 1996, still sounding amazing 30 years on.

Andrew Pearce Vs The Reese Project - Where Love Lives

(The Serial Diva Remix)

New but old!

A pretty good reworking of the old Sterling Void classic.

It adds some extra bounce and some cracking piano and will no doubt sound new to the kids who don't remember the original.

A tasty reworking that doesn't sound cheesy for one!

Tenacious & Roland Clark - Alright

Halle, Halle!

This is new and very tasty.

Very much on the Gospel House vibe, with some great vocals and excellent aura.

Cracking remix also and some fine production.

Sure to delight the dancefloor this one.

Halle, Halle!

Revival House Project featuring Nambi - Joyful Noise

(Sam Ruffillo Extended Remix)

Follow your star!

Really surprised I've not posted this one before now.

A real house classic and a big Hac track played by Parky from 1995.

Great vocals by Kathy as always and some great remix work from the S Man.

Just oozes quality from every pore!

Kathy Sledge - Another Star

(Roger's Ultimate Anthem Mix)

Follow the footprints!

Nick Bracegirdle's Disco Citizen's work was another level and so much better than his more commercial front as Chicane.

This is another great track and although not quite as good as some of his best Disco Citizens tracks previously posted it is still pretty tasty all the same.

Enjoy!

Disco Citizens - Footprint

(97 Revamp)

Pulsing!

I've not posted too much trance recently, but it it a genre of dance music I've always loved.

Those later 90's tracks were just amazing and though the scene IMHO was pretty much dead after 2000, the tracks of that time were many and epic.

This is one such track.

Pounding, vibing, ups, downs, builds and explosions.

A top trance track.

Enjoy!

It's you!

Quality track from 1992.

That piano just hits the sweet spot and combined with the great ethereal vocals instantly grabs your attention.

Sounds a touch dated now, but still has an exciting aura about it.

It's you, that I want, it's you that I need, it's you!

Love the last line.

What this ain't serious?

Sheer Taft Featuring Mito – Atlantis

(Vocal Mix)

I've got to break away!

Quality piece of house music from 1996.

Superb vocals, great groove and some corking piano.

Really classy house music, lively pumping and grooving!

30 years on still sounding fresh and on point.

I've got my pride - I've got to break away!

Taktix - Pride And Self Respect

(Jazz 'N' Groove Vocal Mix)

A true masterpiece!

I love Simon O'Shine's work it combines trance and dream music and is just so emotionally touching.

This track is a true masterpiece and almost classical.

It has amazing breakdowns, build up, mood and tempo changes.

A really stunning piece of aural pleasure.

Timeless and just so pure.

Heavenly!

Respect to one of the GOATS!

Great to see Oakey still at it.

This is new and is pretty spanking.

Fast paced, energetic and enough to send you into orbit.

Oakey has always been at the cutting edge of new dance music and I sometimes feel he is less acknowledged than people like Sasha (who has a God-like status) which I feel is much more appropriate to Oakey.

Oakey was there at the very beginning and was largely responsible for the Acid House boom which created club culture as we knew to love it.

Respect - he will always be recognised as a one of the true GOATs in my mind!

Paul Oakenfold & Daxson - RAMsterdam

(Extended Mix)

One, two, three, four!

A little old skool gem.

Using many samples and cooking them all up nicely.

It's a catchy little vibe, maybe a tad too commercial, but endearing all the same.

Enjoy!

S - Bam - I Want My Freedom

(Remix)

Only a fool could walk away from me this time!

Ooh this is a great combo.

Ultra cool remix by PDM up there with one of his best (no faint praise there).

Jay Kay's music is so made for remixing into great dance music as his vocals and his own production are always top notch.

A really great example of how a good pop track can be dancified to make a great club track.

Kudos to both artist and remixer!

Only a fool could walk away from me this time!

Jamiroquai - Cloud 9

(Purple Disco Machine Remix)

Leave you in the summertime!

Superb remix of a Led Zeppelin classic.

Quivver did some great remixes.

This was big in an Oakey Essential Mix, if I remember correctly.

Probably not liked by LZ fans, but a really great piece of remix work which I think uses the original really well and creates a real dancefloor epic.

Quality from start to finish.

Led Zeppelin - Babe I'm Gonna Leave You

(The Quivver Mix)

Boyzone on the PCC blog, well I never!

Boyzone on the PCC blog, I'd of never dreamt of that.

Stay with it though folks, as they are only here courtesy of yet another barnstorming remix from the genius of TE.

The consistency and amazingly high standard of all TE remixes is quite remarkable.

This is good as it contains very little Boyzone and is mainly TE just rockin' the gaff with another thunderous production.

Pure Class designed for the Club!

Enjoy!

Boyzone - All That I Need

I want to start the day fresh!

This is a slice of heaven.

Again very chilled and very lovely.

A perfect Cafe Del Mar track, it's just got a great aura about it and the piano is delightful.

Lovely vocals and super lyrics, very upbeat, proper Balearic bliss.

Welcome to a nu day!

Lem Springsteen · Imaani - A Nu Day (Welcome)

(Cubanix Remix)

Gonna change your life!

Only you can change your life!

Love this, really groovy with some great vocals and a really captivating little chuggy beat.

I've always been a fan of whispered vocals.

This is such a fab little track.

Will it change your life?

Enjoy!

Sam Curran, Harry Unsworth, Charlotte Flannery
- Take Control
(Extended Mix) ·

It's the way you love with purity and truth!

More classic house music of the highest quality.

This time courtesy of a fabulous remix by the legend that was Frankie.

This is very much in his classic style and classy in everyway.

Great vocals, sumptuous piano just so smooth and easy on the ear.

Delightful!

Andrea Mendez - Bring Me Love

(Classic Frankie Mix)

Can you feel my love?

Absolute corker of a track from 1994.

Courtesy of a great remix by Mr Morales and some very powerful vocals from Lonnie Gordon.

The piano in this is pure class and just brings so much life to this track.

Top class house music.

This track should have been much bigger and is one which escaped my initial attention.

It was one which I don't ever recall hearing out in the clubs.

Very much on an Allister Whitehead type of vibe.

Quality!

Lonnie Gordon - Do You Want It

(Bad Yard Club Mix)
