We keep our love hidden!

One of many fantastic remixes that DFP did on Chic tracks.

This just puts a smile on one's face.

A laid back lush intro and then kicks in the classic Chic guitar riffs and vibes, with some superb vocals.

A really great track with a superb remix.

My love is forbidden, we keep our love hidden!

Enjoy!

A star chaser!

Really surprised that I've not posted this yet, as it's always been a huge favourite of mine.

This remix is stunning and just keeps looping all the amazing parts of the original.

12 minutes of pure aural delight.

This track has everything, the chords, the vocals, the groove, the piano, the guitar, heavenly.

You can certainly feel the Nile Rogers (Chic) influence in this track.

One of the all time Disco classics.

Also posted the Dave Lee remix, as there is nobody who remixes Disco classics better than Dave and this is another fine fine piece of artistry.

Enjoy!

Come on everybody dance!

A bonafide club classic, this was always awesome on the dancefloor.
That piano riff was always to die for, cue the obligatory "hands in the air".
Top notch.

Chic - Mystique, Sweet - Release!!!

Quite a few posts have passed without a Brothers in Rhythm remix, hence it's about time that we had one.
Here they take a superb disco classic and do their usual wonderful job of turning it into a huge dancefloor anthem. Loads of the usual subtle piano, whilst retaining the integrity of the original track.
Did anyone hear the "Yo! Bots - I Got It" riff in there as well. Have a listen to both and you will hear it.

I'm also going to upload the Yo! Bots track as that was also a real PCC.
You couldn't go into any decent club across the UK in late 1991 to early 1992 without hearing it - it was hammered by every DJ going and rightly so as it was a superb track with some great piano.
I think we all at some stage sang ;
"I've got it, I thought I'd blown it"
"I got it, you know you want it"
It brings back so many great memories of a really exciting time in clubbing history.
Enjoy.
