Come on!

Many house purists marvel at the genius of "Little" Louie Vega and Kenny "Dope" Gonzalez under their Masters at Work guise.

For me they've never really appealed and for one main reason, most notably the distinct lack of piano in most of their production and remix work, which tends to leave it dull and uninspiring for me.

This one is an exception and the added piano alongside their great house production with Mick's distinctive vocals creates a really quality piece of house music.

Does it thrill me, not quite but it is very good and certainly a PCC!

Let's go to the fairground (twice)!

Superb remix which really brings to life Mick's vocals.

Quality production and superb piano throughout.

It's a belting remix.

Enjoy!

This remix by Rollo and Sister Bliss is also pretty tasty and worthy of posting. Not as good as the "Too Precious Remix" IMO, but still very good.

Fresh From My Shed

I mentioned last week that I had a few more Hurley gems tucked away in my shed. This is another one of them. I am no big fan of Mick Hucknall - mostly because I remember him wandering round the Hac dressed like a ponce. Anyhow this tune has been given a touch of Hurley magic.
