This one goes out to all the club Dee-Jays!!

Well, I've been spoiling you with old skool all night, so now we are going to move onto something a little heavier.
People who follow this blog regualrly will know that I'm a huge fan of trance, the sort of stuff which Paul Oakenfold was hammering from 1995 towards the end of 2000.
Now this is another huge Oakie track, which I love, but it is probably better known for appearing on the Kevin and Perry soundtrack.
If you haven't seen that film then I'd strongly advise you to look it up.
Absolute comedy genius - it rips the piss out of the club scene, but it does it in a very true to life way, in that much of what goes on in the film wasn't a long way off what was happening in Ibiza during the 90's.
As mentioned Pure Comedy Genius!! I always love the line "I am a serious club Dee-Jay" or something like that. Lol.
The thing that makes the film so good though is the soundtrack which samples some fantastic trance tracks.
This is one of the main tracks featured (the Claxixx Mix). Give it chance you may think it's not going anywhere, but wait for the breakdown at 1 min 56 secs - absolute clubbing heaven - trance music at it's very best - simply awesome!!!
The main mix which Oakie hammered was the R.A.F. By Picotto Mix, which is a huge pumping trance mix, very reminiscent of Binary Finary (Yes, that good!!)
Both mixes are great and give something different, although the R.A.F. mix is for the certainly for those who prefer their trance in a more pumping stylee!!
Enjoy and certainly check the film out. I must of seen it 5 or 6 times and it still has me in stitches!!
